Payment procedure

Payments are made by the user by transferring funds in favor of the online store through supported payment methods. The online store is not responsible for the rejection of the user's payment by the decision of the payment service or the acquiring bank, or as a result of a technical error and malfunction of such. The User undertakes to provide reliable data when making payments and independently bears all the risks of negative consequences associated with the indication of incorrect data when making a payment.

If, due to a technical error, the service is not provided to the user when making a payment, the user is obliged to immediately inform about it. In this case, the Administration of the online store will make all necessary efforts to provide the user with the purchased service in the amount paid by the user.

Consequences of illegal actions

The User hereby confirms that he has the right to use the payment methods chosen by him, without violating the rights of third parties. The User undertakes to compensate third parties for all losses incurred by them in connection with illegal behavior, including in the case of using funds that do not belong to him for payment.
