Refund policy

The online store is not responsible for the order and/or expectations of the user from using the purchased service. As a consequence, user dissatisfaction with the effect of using the service in an MMORPG online game COMBATS.COM it cannot be regarded as a basis for its return.


The user has the right to demand a refund only if his claim is registered before the moment when the purchased service was rendered. If there is such a claim, the funds will be returned to the user in full, and the service will be withdrawn if it was provided by means of hardware-software complex during the claim processing period. At the same time, the user undertakes not to use the service for which he filed a claim for a refund in any way.


The refund is made strictly to the same payment method (bank card, the same amount and the same details) from which the payment for Eurocredits was made. Partial refund of funds, in the gap of the amounts paid, is not made.
